Challenge:
The client owned three distinct business entities (VertiSales, 4 Industrial Supplies and 3rd I Patient Monitoring) which were suffering from limited consumer awareness and fragmented marketing spending, and felt that the businesses could benefit from harmonizing them under one corporate umbrella. However, they had no marketing department or creative agency to lead the initiative.
Solution:
